Matt Schober is a real estate investor living in St Paul. Matt got his start investing out of state after college - and immediately got the investing bug. He then moved back to the Twin Cities with his family, investing in a string of 1-4 unit properties throughout Minneapolis. Today Matt runs a tech-focused consulting business, meaning that focusing on his properties is no longer the highest and best use of his time - and he’s structured his life around this reality.

 

Matt goes through the timeline of his investing journey, moving his wealth from another market into the Twin Cities, and how his experience has sharpened his analysis skills. Tim and Adam then jump into some macro economics discussions surrounding the tariffs, and how this may or may not affect our local REI market.
