Kurt Pauley is an investor and commercial real estate broker. He got his start by investing in residential and small multifamily properties in cheaper out-of-state markets and later entered the commercial world of mixed-use buildings in Minneapolis. Kurt also helps clients buy and sell similar properties.

 

Kurt is a smart guy - very straightforward and to the point. He’s easy to talk to and has a right-sized ego about his accomplishments - something you don’t always see with successful commercial guys. We really enjoyed our chat with Kurt - enjoy!
