Twin Cities Real Estate Investing Show - #5 - Liz Sibet When we set out to make the TCREI Show we had a particular vision - we wanted to show a full spectrum of local real estate investors. So far we've heard from folks with a little as 2 doors and 3 years of experience - and I think some of those interviews will be the most helpful to our audience in sharing actionable advice. We also need to show the other end of the spectrum - investors who have scaled and operate at an extremely high level. That's the sort of interview we have this week in Liz Sibet.

 

Liz has been a fixture of the local investing scene since the early 00s. Starting as a househacker in her college years she got a crash course in renovations, transactions, and management. Liz has completed somewhere in the neighborhood of 850 transactions as an agent and investor, a body of work we'd all be proud to accomplish! She is now flipping upwards of 20 homes in a month, running multiple crews providing home services throughout the metro to other investors.

 

Liz's story is inspirational, a true testament to what one can accomplish by putting their head down and doing the work. She didn't grow up with economic advantages; I can imagine she's hit 100s of roadblocks along her journey. But here we are! Thanks so much, Liz, for giving us your time.
