Kirk Duckwall has been a real estate professional in the Twin Cities for over 20 years. He is the co-owner of BRIX Real Estate, a full-service boutique brokerage serving the greater Minneapolis/St. Paul area. 

 

Kirk began his real estate education in the early 2000s. With a background in the construction industry, he gave flipping a try - with varying degrees of success. 

 

While Kirk doesn't currently invest in real estate (besides his primary home, cabin, and commercial office-space) he's a wealth of information when it comes to home construction, real estate transactions, market data, and property management best practices.
